Red Rose Tea

Red Rose Tea

Dates and Red Rose Tea

I enjoy flower tea and am interested in developing them into my own preference . Usually, I make some roses and lavender tea, but at times, I prefer to get some thing more sweet with less and natural ingredients. So I will make another kind of tea for myself: dates and red rose tea, which tastes subtly and mellowly sweet. Now, I would like to tell you how to make it, especially when you suffered from menstruation and want some drinks warm. Roses helps ease period cramps and dates provides the extra sweetness.

Quick Tips:

Thanks for sharing those tips! I certainly was not aware that, if the water temperature was too high, the vitamin C would be ruined.I hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year 🙂
