Steak and tomatoes noodle soup recipe

I guess many of our readers have already tasted the noodle soup in restaurants. You probably wonder how yummcious it can be , how you should cook the meat in the noodle soup, and doubt if you can also make it at home in an inexpensive way, but also with the healthy ingredients.

In this recipe, some chopped tomatoes are used to make the noodle soup which brings good appetite especially in summer ! 🙂

3.   Get the marinated steak in a supermarket is time and energy-saving! Please note that in this case, no extra oil is necessary. 

Ingredients:

  1. Marinated steak
  2. Corianders
  3. Cinnamon powder
  4. Cooking wine 
  5. Noodles
  6. Soy sauce (or salts)
  7. 3 -4 tomatoes
  8. Water (the water shall be just a little bit over other ingredients)
  9. A pot

 

Steps:

  1. Chop the tomatoes, here’s a link to a video to show how to do it in a smart way.
  2. Make some cracks on the steak.
  3. Wash the corianders.
  4. Put all the ingredients into a pot and heat it up until the steak is ready. (Of course, if you NOT a fan of corianders, you can just skip it or put it on the bowl when noodle soup is ready)
