There is something great about having a bowl of creamy chicken soup, especially during a cold winter day! In this article I would like to share with you my favorite soup of all time, Creamy Chicken Soup! This soup was presented to me several years ago by my brother in law. I had forgotten my key inside my home and I decided to drop by my sisters house to pick up a spare key she kept there. My brother in law had just made this soup and lucky for me he invited me to eat dinner with them. It tasted so good that I asked him for the recipe and now I can share it with you!
This soup takes some effort to make but rest assured that it is completely worth the effort and it serves around 10 people. If you have extra soup left I would recommend either eating it the day after(which will make it even more flavorful) or you can pour it into containers and put it into the freezer and have it anytime you like. If it’s frozen all you have to do is put it into a pot and heat it up. In about 10 minutes it will be ready to consume.
Now let get down to the method!

What you will need it the following ingredients:
4 Chicken breast
1 and 1/2 tsp curry paste
1 garlic clove
1 Leek
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
14 ounce / 400g cream cheese
1 bottle Chili ketchup
3-4 cubes chicken broth
2 cups / 500 ml cream
6 and 1/2 or 1 and 1/2 liter water
Salt and pepper
Now what you should start by doing is cutting the chicken breast into small sized cubes, about 1 inch thick. Cook the chicken on a pan until it is cooked through and then put it into a big pot. Cut the peppers into long strips, cut the leek into small bits of about half an inch thick and lastly chop the garlic into very tiny peaces. Put all the ingredients into the pot now and put the stove to medium heat. Let the soup simmer for about 2 hours and it should be ready to eat!
Enjoy your amazing chicken soup!
