Ever tried to cook with juice? Sounds novel? Having trouble feeding your young kids since they’re obsessed with sweets? Being a vegan? On a diet? Try this Juice Mushrooms recipe!
Interestingly, I got inspired by my husband who’s a vegan lately and of course, eats a lot of vegetables. The other day, some mushrooms and apple juice were found in our little kitchen, and as you know now, a new recipe is born 😉
Ingredients:
1. 250g mushrooms
2. 100ml apple juice
3. Soy sauce
4. Two cloves of garlic
5. 30ml peanut oil
Why garlic?

Garlic is rich in vitamins A, C and D, which has long been believed to have medical value in China. Further more, it gives out greatly pungent odor during cooking can not just season the food but also stimulate your appetiser better.
Why apple juice?
As our constant readers know, I made an apple juice recipe before. It tastes freshly sweet, which can help the kids stay away from artificial sugar to some extend.
Steps:
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Wash and chop the mushrooms as shown in the picture.
- Add the peanut oil and chopped garlic to a wok and stir fry the garlic for around 30 seconds.
- Put the chopped mushrooms, apple juice along with the soy sauce into the wok and to mix them well and keep stirring until the mushrooms become soft.
- Lid the wok and braise all the ingredients for 1 minute.
- Ready!

Therefore, I have make up my mind to reduce food waste as well as popularise a sense of food waste reduction and making full use of them, among which, apple, a typical food in daily life however at time tastes bad due to long-time transportation, storage, is supposed to be made into something wonderful.

Juice Mushrooms are cooked mushrooms combined with apple juice to make it more healthy and flavourful
- Ingredients:
- 1. 250 g mushrooms

- 3. Soy sauce

- Steps:

- Add the peanut oil and chopped garlic to a wok and stir fry the garlic for around 30 seconds.
- Put the chopped mushrooms, apple juice along with the soy sauce into the wok and to mix them well and keep stirring until the mushrooms become soft.
- Lid the wok and braise all the ingredients for 1 minute.
- Ready!
