- Peel skin of the pears.
- Peel the pulp into a small pot and add water.
- Heat up until boiling.
- Filter juice into a glass.
- Cranberry juice can be added when pear juice cools down for a while.
- Stir it up and enjoy your drink 😉
Quick Tips:
Ripened pears would be preferable due to its sweet and easy-peeled, which could be energy saving when boiled.
Water level can be horizontally equal to peeled pulp.
The reason that pears are used rather than apples in the drink is because pear juice is lighter which could highlight the ruby colour of cranberry juice.
