Today,I would like to introduce a vegetarian-friendly and easy recipe Egg Drop and Seaweed Soup(紫菜蛋花汤).


As I remember, I had a little time to break and eat at noon in high school, so my mom sometimes made it for me, from which I could get some flavourful nutrition

  3. Pour the egg and seaweed into the pot when the water is boiling.
  4. Keep stirring gentle until the egg is ready.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce and enjoy it!
