Egg Drop and Seaweed Soup recipe
Today,I would like to introduce a vegetarian-friendly and easy recipe Egg Drop and Seaweed Soup(紫菜蛋花汤).
As I remember, I had a little time to break and eat at noon in high school, so my mom sometimes made it for me, from which I could get some flavourful nutrition.

Steps:
- Pour the water and peanut oil into a pot, and boil it.
- Cut the seaweed( You can do it as I show in the video).
- Pour the egg and seaweed into the pot when the water is boiling.
- Keep stirring gentle until the egg is ready.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and enjoy it!
